What the site is for

The site describes Paramount Properties and its developments, currently The Paramount Estate at 9 Sohland Avenue, Constantia. It lets you create an account, see the price list, save houses, download documents and send us enquiries.

Information is indicative

• The images are artist's impressions produced from the 3D model of the concept design. They show the design intent, not a finished building.
• Plans, areas, levels, finishes and specifications are subject to survey, municipal approval and design development, and may change without notice. Areas are approximate and are stated under three conventions, which the site explains.
• Furniture, décor, cars and landscaping in the images are for illustration only.
• Distances and drive times are approximate and calculated from public map data.
• Dates, including completion, are estimates and depend on approvals and construction progress.

Prices and offers

Prices shown to signed-in users include VAT and are current at the date shown on the price list. They may change, and a house may be reserved or sold, before you make an offer. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. A sale happens only when a written agreement of sale, prepared by the appointed conveyancer, is signed by both the buyer and the seller. The agreement of sale sets out the full terms, including the deposit, the payment of the balance, the specification and the completion programme.

Your account

• You must give true, current details and keep them up to date. One account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• You stay signed in on a device until you sign out, your session expires after 180 days without use, or you sign out of all devices from your account page.
• We may close an account that is used to send abusive or fraudulent messages or to interfere with the site.

Downloads and copyright

The brochure, report, drawings, images and text on this site belong to Paramount Properties or its consultants. You may download and print them for your own use in considering a purchase. You may not publish, sell, alter or use them for any other purpose without written permission. The Paramount Estate name and the oak-wreath mark are our trade marks.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry we will contact you about it using the details you gave. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a house.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, Paramount Properties is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of the Western Cape have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
